Webflow Updates and Improvements for Integrity Power Search
The Story
This is actually the story of our first project together, finished early in 2023, and we've done quite a bit since then. If you'd like to have a look for yourself, the updates are already live at IntegrityPowerSearch.com — and check back soon for the full case study. Okay, now the story of our first project together:
Integrity already had a Webflow website, but it was in serious need of some updating. For this project, we added several new pages, including testimonials, recent placements, and case studies. We also created illustrations for their new core values, improved their UI to make it more accessible and responsive, and we implemented the Client-First Design System. I had a great time working with Kaleb Dumot and the whole team at Integrity, who gave excellent feedback and had a clear vision, making this a pleasure to work on.
Testimonials Page
For this, we started in Figma with low- to mid-fidelity wireframes, which allowed us to easily compare different layout options.
Once we had the layout decided (the first one in the image above), we built the page in Webflow using the Client-First Design System — which I also helped to incorporate into the rest of their website, because it's wonderful and everyone should use it. During this stage, the team at Integrity helped with excellent feedback, and after several rounds of iterations, we had a new Testimonials page.
Recent Placements
Integrity is a full-stack search firm for startups and tech companies, and they've filled over 2,000 searches since they began, back in 2012, but their website didn't have a place to show off their amazing work. They needed a recent placements page, with filters for their search practices: executive, technology, product, go-to-market, and ops. Here's their new Recent Placements page.
Case Studies
Integrity has had many success stories over the years, and now they have a new place to share them. Check out the Physna Case Study.
Illustrations for Core Values
Integrity had recently updated their Core Values, and they wanted me to make some new illustrations for them to put on their website. Here's what we came up with.
Update the User Interface
A big redesign wasn't in the scope for this project, but I knew there were at least a few things that I could easily fix to make their website more responsive and accessible (and prettier). So, I updated the typography to rem units, improved the contrast ratios, and I reworked some of the layouts to improve the visual hierarchy. Here's the footer as an example of some of the improvements we made.
New Background Image
The team at Integrity asked me to make a new background image for them — a collection of logos with their clients and the investors they've partnered with. By using a priority list they gave me, I customized the positioning of each logo to meet their exact needs. See it live on their website.
More Coming Soon
And that's the end (for now). The full story on what we've done since then is coming soon, but if you'd like to have a look for yourself, it's already live on Integrity's website. This latest project began with some updates to their CMS, along with a few minor UI fixes, but it ended up being a major overhaul as the team at Integrity put their trust in me to give their website the love it deserved. Stay tuned to learn more.
